At Aisyah Mazlan Atelier, each piece is thoughtfully made in limited quantities. As such, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong product.


1. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our collections:

  • All items sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.

  • Please ensure that all sizing, color, and order details are correct before confirming your purchase.


2. Exceptions (Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item)

If you received:

  • A defective item (e.g. torn, stained, or improperly sewn), or

  • A wrong item (different size, color, or product from what was ordered),

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at work.aisyahmazlan@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Unboxing video or clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • An exchange for the correct item (if stock is available), or

  • A store credit or refund if the correct item is no longer available

    Additional Conditions:

    • Customers must provide photo and video proof (a clear unboxing video and photos/videos of the item upon arrival), along with order details, when submitting a claim. We require video proof of the unboxing to verify if a defect came from us. This is because each product is carefully inspected before shipping, and we even provide ‘as-is’ items separately, meaning we would never let a faulty item slip through at the normal price.

    • Customers must indicate their preferred resolution (full refund or exchange, subject to stock availability).

    • Strict enforcement applies— Aisyah Mazlan Atelier reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the stated criteria. Return shipping costs may also be borne by the customer, depending on the case.



3. Non-Eligible Situations

We will not accept refund or exchange requests for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing ordered

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

  • Delays caused by courier or customs


4. Processing Time

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.

  • For store credits or exchanges, we will guide you through the next steps via email or WhatsApp.
