All our collections are limited editions. Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, items sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Parcel processing errors

Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with relevant photo or video proof.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday only.

  • Tracking numbers will be issued as soon as possible after shipping.

  • If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us via work.aisyahmazlan@gmail.com.

During peak seasons (e.g. Raya, holiday drops), order processing may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and support.

3. Delivery Timeline (Malaysia)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s performance:

  • Klang Valley: 2–3 business days

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 4–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: 1–2 weeks

These are estimated durations and may be affected by courier workload or weather conditions.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally using trusted courier partners such as Aramex, PosLaju, or other preferred services. While we aim for prompt delivery, international parcels may take up to 3–4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs process.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, third-party logistics, or public holidays in the destination country.

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of checkout via our available payment methods.
