Pre-Order Items


Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing a pre-order with Aisyah Mazlan Atelier. By confirming your order, you agree to the following:

1. Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-order items are not ready stock. They are produced only after orders are confirmed.

  • Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order.

  • Estimated production and delivery timelines will be stated on the product page. These are approximate and may vary.

2. Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Pre-order pieces usually take [insert timeline e.g. 4–6 weeks] for production.

  • We will notify you if there are unexpected delays due to fabric sourcing, production, or shipping issues.

  • Deliveries will be made once items are ready, following the order queue.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Strictly no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once payment has been made.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the item is unavailable due to circumstances from our side (e.g. material shortage).

4. Changes to Order

  • Size, color, or design changes cannot be made once your order is confirmed. Please check your order details carefully before proceeding.

5. Defects & Quality Control

  • All items go through a quality check before shipping.

  • Minor variations in color, stitching, or placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our pieces and do not qualify as defects.

  • If you receive an item with a major defect (e.g. torn, stained, or heavily damaged), kindly contact us with an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

6. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Aisyah Mazlan Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

  • We are not liable for lost parcels once they are handed over to the courier, but we will assist in tracking whenever possible.

7. Fabric & Materials Disclaimer

  • As a small brand, our fabric sourcing is limited within Malaysia. Choices of fabric and quality may vary slightly from batch to batch, but we always ensure the best possible standard for our customers.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels once a tracking number is provided.
